We just went to see Batman Begins (yeah, only now do we manage this). It made me laugh lots. Not always in the correct places. *innocent*
Random thoughts on the movie:

1. Training place made me think of Kether Rock (cult of the illuminated). You arrive. You get beaten up. Ninjas keep freakin' well attacking you. People do drugs, and then eventually they let you lead the ninjas.
2. Fight scene when Batman-to-be exits the training camp. It played like a the kind of stunt an idiot Dawn Caste would pull. I could just imagine the look on the GM's face. "Okay. You kick the burning brand in the air, into the place where the explosive powders are stored in the wooden building. Now the building is on fire. There are explosions. Ninjas are about to attack you. What are you doing NOW?" "well, I, uh... I fight the guy!" "...uh... okay?"

3. Okay. Batman puts on this weird voice when he's being Batman. This I can deal with in the interests of disguise, even if it does make him sound freakin' silly. But... when you're surrounded by ninja dudes and your former mentor, and all of them know who you are... why must you persist with the goddamn stupid voice??
4. There's a kid at some point, on a balcony, while batman is climbing a wall next to it. Batman throws him something. What the fuck is it?? "here, kid. have a grenade!"? :P (no, really. I couldn't tell. at all.)
My memory is obviously failing me, as the other things I wanted to say are escaping me now.
Oh. Also, noted today that there is a sex shop near Leicester Square called 'Lovecrafts'. I find this supremely disturbing. The words 'Ann Summers Cthulhu Range' float unbiden through my mind. Thanks a bunch, Andy. If it was even your fault. Thanks a bunch, whoever gave me that image originally. :P
