Thanks to the stupid wildfires (thank you, annual Santa Anas), the air outside is disgustingly hazy and all of our cars are coated in ash.  Closing the windows doesn't help because I still can smell the smokiness and it's giving me a headache! And of course, it's an awful environment for Tova to be in (even if she's indoors).  I wish I can protect

poor baby. try running a humidifier or keeping the air a little moister so its easier for her lungs to cough up whatever crap does get in.
