portion your food and exersize moderately, that's all you need. trust me, i've done about every diet in the book and finally i gave up and just ate normally [cut down on a lot of fast food] and did moderate exersize and i dropped ten pounds in two months.
yesss u'r eprobably right..my mom say the same but u know, I'm kind of person who LOOOOOOVES sweetes & it's so hard NOT to eat chocolate & stuff like that.but I'll stay strong :) iloveyou! <3
