A chihuahua runt that is about that fits in the palm of my hand and is black with brown/gold eyebrows. Names I had considered so far:

-Cathers (Short for Catherine and Catheter)
-Norbert
-BonerB
-Banthro
-Spike
-Falafel

I think I have a pretty good list going so far.

OOooh, I agree: I like BonerB, Banthony, or JayEddy (but wait, you actually know someone w/ that name right? better steer clear then...nevermind) golden eyebrows on a black dog sounds really precious in a weird unique sort of way
