hey, randomly found your entry after trolling through friends of friends. Funny enough, i've just been recently thinking the same thing about myself; I've only tried to be nice & it's never been of any benefit.
But then I sorta realised that I've got the great friends I do because of the person I am, and if other 'people' make you feel shitty and think you're 'too nice' then they're not worth knowing or giving two shits about. Anyway, hope this anonymous posting business isn't weird, but just wanted to let you know to stay nice (shit word that it is) and people who are worth it will like you for who you are, and everyone else can get...well... fucked.
