Im the same way bro, wouldn't worry about it, but if you do I have a little book I'd like to recommend that can help to quinch these episodes, at least for a time. I kissed dating goodbye. Has kept me single for some time, but after two years, it's beginning to wear off, so now I have two options: Read it again or get out there and get busy (speaking figuritively, of course).
