Hi, first of all, Thank you for your inteerst and sorry if I'm replying only now, but I was on holidays and got back home today.
And, yes, it is available, for €15 =)
Shipping depends on your location, and Registered Airmail should be as follows (between brakets there's the fee in case I'm overestimating total weight, as I hope): €13 (€9.50) within Europe, €18 (€12.50) to America and €24 (€16) to Oceania.
