advice needed + sales pimping (sz. XS-S-M+some guys')

Hi,

I hope that everyone's ok there =)

Could any of you sweet ladies give me an advice about the best way for storing Lippy vinyl clothes?
I think that hanging (in a wardrobe) would be better than folding (in a box), yes?
But, still, since these clothing are intended to be stored for maaaany years (heh, I'd like to keep them for my 2,5-years-old ( Read more... )

I definitely wouldn't recommend folding vinyl-- it's ok if it's a short-run thing, like you're mailing it or you're moving and don't really have a choice but to fold it up in a box, but for the long term it will definitely make the vinyl deteriorate.

It's always best to keep vinyl hung up if you can. I live in a small crappy apartment and can sympathize on lacking space, so I prioritize my closet space for the stuff that needs to be hung up, like vinyl, dress shirts, clothes prone to wrinkles, etc.

I like the packs of zip up garment covers you can get in ikea. Also like using latex polish on any bits of vinyl that look worn!

Does using polish really help? I go through vinyl pants like nothing, wear them at least twice a week to work hehe so I wanna keep them looking new!

I like to think so. I put it on areas that would get the most wear and tear. Around seams and where it is more stretched. It can't do any harm!
