I am moving into the house on 7th and Wharton (philly!) on April 4th. i'm super psyched- the house looks really nice. It's newly renovated and clean. Hardwood floors, big kitchen, three roommates who seem like they keep to themselves most of the time. And.... it's on the east side. yay! I'm never going back to the west. hehe ( Read more... )

I am glad to see that you are moving foward with things and that you will no longer have to be apart of that environment. I can only imagine how stressful it must be to live in that situation.

I completely understand...I just had to have 2 roommates move out of my place that were unstable. It was a stressful situation.

I hope your new place does well.

Ill prob be in Philly in May for that draculas ball =)

Yeah living with roommates is crazy. I hope I can renew the lease in south philly but i think I'll have to move in July again to a more stable place in philly. How long have you been going to dracs ball?

Ive been going to Draculas Ball on and off for over 10 years or so I think. Its been a while.

I love philly, cant wait to go back .I might go in May when they have it again, if I dont do NYC then
