i wish i had the ability to write like i did when i was younger. these days i can barely put a thought on paper without sounding like a fucking retard.

i start a new job tomorrow morning. at a cafe. two blocks from the beach. its a block away from my house, which is two blocks from the beach. i have it set up so i never have to be more than TWO BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH.

brian and i put down our deposit on the apartment we want. it's two blocks from the beach and that makes me happy. kelly is coming in december and hopefully james as well. and maybe paul. b needs to get pushing on that. i'd like to have several friends here at once. in our apartment. two blocks from the beach.

i'm really happy to have a job where advancement is possible. i'm not saying that my job is super awesome and that i intend on turning it into a career, its just nice to know that for once doing a good job will not go unrewarded.

i'm getting promoted next week. i'm getting a raise. i'm pleased.
