I guess I will start on a positive note first.  I made enough money this pay to get my self above water financially.  By that I mean, nothing is behind and I am not in danger of anything being cut off.  The fridge is not full, but it is not empty and there is plenty of food in the cupboards and the freezer.  Luckily I work very close to home ( ( Read more... )

Feeling mixed up in my head today.  Talked with an old G/F and it made me do some thinking.  I am in this relationship with LH.  He is a good man in many many ways. As you may know I have been applying for just about every job out there.  I finally broke down and attempted another dialysis job.  I got an e mail asking for good time for a phone call and I got the call today at 3:15 from a recruiter.  It went well and she passed me on to the facility admin at the clinic who also called me, although I missed that ( Read more... )

I feel so discouraged today.  I have been applying for jobs on line like crazy.  I revamped my resume and made a great cover letter to go with it.  I am not understanding why I am not even getting any interest.  I know I have job hopped a bit in the past year.  But truly it was not my fault.  One company lost their contract, one job I was going ( Read more... )

I went to a fund raiser last night for Casa.  That is a shelter for victims of domestic abuse.  It was a fun evening. A local place put on a "drag show" and it was too funny because it was straight men dressed as women and women dressed as men.  I had a drink called Kava.  It is not alcoholic, but mad from the Kava root and is dubbed "natures Xanax ( Read more... )

Everything on the home front is going pretty well.
