Mat's leaving me. We got back together early last year and he moved in with me and my family but he said his feelings have changed - he still loves me but he's lost that spark. He's moving out soon. We're still going to see each other and we've been intimate since the split - it's all really civil and friendly but I'm torn in two.

I'm coping but there's times when it feels like I'm drowning. I know you know how I'm feeling.
