Watching the game now. They really aren't dazzling today: apart from the pen there have been maybe two shots... Canna's got a yellow. Meh.

Let's put it this way- I have seen players given a red card for less. He really looked unlucky in that situation falling down and putting his leg out, should rather have counted on Gigi's skills.

The boy has been with the Azzurri a long long time now. So he applies the rules for himself: Do JUST enough. *gg*

I couldn't watch so there's not that much I can say. Looks like he was indeed lucky but that mistake goes mainly down to Palombo, right?

Other than that I can only say that I'm a bit tired of all the negative comments from the Italian "fans". They hate Lippi, they hate Canna, etc. The team isn't looking any good, that's true, but when did Italy actually look convincing against small teams?

Just let them work and if they fail at the WC (or even fail to qualify) then you can start the whining. Grazie mille. :/
