Retarded morons!

(Sorry hal, but that was necessary).

I will wear my Canna jersey on Thursday as a protest. It won't be pretty, that's true. But trying to be positive the first day will be the worst. Then he will get used to it and won't even hear the insults anymore. And trying to be even more positive he's experienced, he knows what expects him and he has never looked like someone with a labile mind, right?!

More of the book - Ciro Caruso flohdecke July 10 2009, 23:07:02 UTC
I forgot something about the boy's book. There is this one very emotional chapter he dedicated to Ciro Caruso. They were teammates from the very beginning. Ciro was said to be the more talented of the two but unfortunately he was really unlucky with injuries so he never really made it. Last summer his younger son died after drowning in their pool.

I don't know if this is even interesting for you because we all don't know this Ciro Caruso but for me it was the most emotional and authentic part of the book so I've decided to translate the whole chapter. It's your decision whether you want to read it or not. ;)

A little story about CiroThe first day I put my feet on the pitch of Italsider's football club (Fabio's 1st club) on my side there was a boy with my same hopes who I didn't know at all. A little boy who one year later would join Napoli's youth team with me. With him I would share almost all of my experiences as an upcoming footballer in the years to come. This boy is Ciro Caruso and I would like to stop here for a moment to tell ( ... )

I don't know if Ciro took Krol as his role model like so many who had the same age. I only know that his way of playing impressed mw from the very beginning. That little and very skinny boy who didn't have any muscles and was quiet and smiley would transform himself on the pitch. Totally. He seemed to be able to play three positions at the same time. Just because of his presence. He really seemed to be everywhere, really everywhere. The ball seemed to always land where he had decided to position himself. From the group that later would join Napoli, I would call it the promoted group, he was definitely the one no coach ever had any doubts about. Caruso is a little phenomenon, Caruso will make his way, no doubt ( ... )
