The Event
Well I know it's like 4 days later and all but I just
wanted to say that my day was the best this whole year!!!!!!

On wednesday I was hanging with Kenneth as always now we were
just chillin crazy status so all through the morning and the
afternoon I had this thoght in my head that when Kenneth leaves for work I'll be all bored and by my self 4 like the
rest of the day and the night. So I was dreading that whole
fact. So later on in the day I called Simone and I talked to
her for a little bit but it seemed as if were to be somthing
bothering her so I asked what was wrong but really nothing
came out. Almost as if I didn't ask the question. So
I though it just might be somthing minor. So I get off of
the phone with her and she remains in the same mood. So later
on I tried to see if it was just me on the phone boring
the livin hell out of Simone for her to seem sad or somthing.
So I called but then put kenneth quickly on the phone to
see if a person change would be good to make her happy......
But it wasn't.
Me and kenneth busted a mission we were all over in the
Baldwin Hills region. We Constantly ran into people that
we knew,and the kewl thing was that they gave us rides to
our destinations. So me and Kenneth go back to the house
and we try to get some info and a nice little chunk of
$$$Change$$$
So it was like 4pm and getting later.
So I found out that Simone called so I called back and I was
talking to her and she was telling me that Brandi didn't
want to go to the Incubus concert that was on this day I'm talking about it was planed by Simone to take Brandi out for
her birthday. (Wednesday Aug.18,2004)
So Simone finaly let me in on that and that was the reason
why she was feeling like that. And that is a sucky feeling
to have. Man it's like the first time she said no I would of
been like well I guess I'll go and I'll save some money
but it wasn't like that Simone asked all through the whole
month.
So she tried calling kewi like a thousand times but her
internet life is really phone-line and time consuming
so after so many calls it was like give up time. So
It seemed that she asked me to go with her to the concert
but I guess I wasn't paying any attention so Kenneth
wanted to talk to her and they talked for no more that 5min's
she hung up and then Kenneth said Yea'!! we're going to
Simone's house and I was like kewl any thing specail
and he said that I'm going to the concert I was like so
shocked when Simone invited me to go So I said with
the quickness Hell yea I wanna go so I'f I had of said
no anyways she would have forced me any way so it's a good
thing that Incubus is like one of my fav.Bands.
So we get over there to Simone's Kenneth saw the house,the "space pod",and meets Mr.Cummings
and he looks a bit nervious I fought not to die from laughter
while watching.
So It was time to go to the concert and we stood out there
for a bit kenneth was mad because he couldn't go because of
work. so at
7:30pm we were just about almost ready to go in so we
walk kenneth to the bus and then after that we go wild
because we didn't want to in front of kenneth because
he would have been whooooooooooooo!!!
So we walk back got in then bam!!We were witness to
the band Sparta and they were on while walking to our
seats it was dark as hell and I didn't want to loose
Simone(The Rapid Legs)So I told her I didn't want to loose
her so she grabed my hand and we walked like half-way
across the stadium so we find our seats they were like
almost like behind the stage it was crazay so we just took
some other seats and sat in the front row right smack
there on the side it was tight.
So after Sparta fin. Incubus came out I was like hell yea
the busted all the fuckin hits I mean they went to the
fuckin extreem man that was a once in a lifetime preformance
Jose(Drummer)
kicks azzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz man well from
all the weed smoke I can't really remember what song it was
But they just finshed a song with the ending having drums
and the lights went all out and you can see the band leaving
off of the stage but Jose just keeps playing and I'll tell
you this he was freestyling hard core style they put on
this gold looking light that made him look like he was
on a drum set from heaven. He played freestyle for a good
I can estimate 10min's and everything was hard.I was funny
because the band just came gansta strolling back up on the stage Jose still playing Brandon was drinking a margerita
so they all slowly pick up the equipment and they just all
simotainiously smashed into a song perfectly and the concert
was a super go after that.
DJ Kilmore
This matha is bomb too he had a solo that was off the chain
he recorded a whole track freestyle and mixed the shit out
off it like a good 5-10min's he had Simone "Walkin"
I was rollin' man she was gettin down while Dj Kilmore was it was tight

He kicked ass on that bass but he didn't have a solo but he is hyper
I tell you he was all over like he had ants in his pants
on some songs. It was tight because later on in the concert
he got on this tiny ass drum set and he played a duet with
Jose they were going back and fourth just beatin that crap out of everything that was exiting so you can call it a some what solo with some help heheeh.

Naaa but he was on fire his self he was terin it up on that
guitar he made all that shit seem soooo easy and he had
probly every single pedle made right there and he used them
all. It looked like a rainbow.

He played the piano alot while playing the guitar solo's
hehehe nothing to talk about everybody knows he's in the
books for kick ass solos.

What can I say the guy is talented he's like playing
the bongo while jumping and shifting quickly across the
stage he played the guitar and you know he deffinatly
Sang as good as the actual cd and better because I seen
him in person and there was a song from the other Cd
thats like an import but the funny thing was that "Flea"(From Red Hot Chilli Peppers)He was playing the Truphet for the song
and he was surly active thats a wild S.O.B. right there
he stayed the whole concert.
Funny thing happened while Dj Kilmore was on the end of his solo he started to play the beat for that Calise song
and Brandon was singing "My milk shake" that shit was tight
and once in a lifetime that was soooo random I'm sure if you weren't there to see and hear it you will most surely will never experince the randomness of Brandon. and so the show went on they played soooo many songs it's hard to comprehend till the end so the lights went off and they walked off of the stage that was the last song.......
Me and Simone stayed there in the darkness of the Forum just
feeling that it wasn't the end so a good 10-15min's passed the people were leaving the lights were there for safe exit
and then out of noware Brandon comes walking on stage oh and yea the dude couldn't last 30min's intothe show before striping his shirt off,he picks up a guitar and everybodys
running back to their seats and he hit's some strings
slowly and he went into a riff....guess what riff.....
Sponge Bob Square Pants and yes he sang the theam song along with everybody I was like this is completely one of the best or the best put together concerts I have ever been too.
They played "pardon me"and Sick Sad Little World and then it was really over and I loved every sec of it.
