Hey you! Thanks. I do hope to be around more.

I found s1 used for, like, $25, so I was a happy camper (I had put it on my maybe buy list). Since it doesn't air in Canada, I'll likely pick up s2 when it comes out (also, I feel guilty for buying not super popular shows used). It is so ridiculously funny! And also clever. Though I was kinda dissappointed by the commentary tracks, except for the last one. I love the themesong so much! And they cast Gretchen Speck (Wonderfalls) which always makes me happy.

Thanks, I see a gastro specialist in 3 weeks, so I hope that brings me closer to knowing how to fix this.

Hey, baby girl! What's with the stomach problems? I hope it gets straightened out very quickly. No pain for the Liquidizer!

I loved the Terminator movies, but I just can't get into the TV show. Of course, I haven't given it that much attention, either :) I'm all about PD, and Lost and waiting breathlessly for BSG to return.

You take are of yourself, sweetie. And please keep us updated on what the doctors say, OK?

Hey mamakins! *bug hugs* I wish I knew! I finally have an appointment for a consult with the gastro specialist in 3 weeks, so I hope he has some better ideas. It's not pain, per say... but it's definitely an uncomfortableness (though thank you for that!). For the past almost year, I've been having burpy episodes. They came and went, and I didn't pay them much mind, but then they got way worse, ie hours to a day of solid burping (but no burning as would be caused by heart burn) and sometimes bloating and ok, sometimes pain when the air trying to escape was kinda too big for my throat. Let's just say it interfered with going to class a fair bit last semester:( I have no idea what causes it, and have tried eliminating a bunch of foods that are likely triggers, but nothing. Even if a food sets it off, the next time I eat the same thing I can be fine. It's gotten to the point where sometimes I'm just afraid to eat (though don't worry, I am eating. But those weeks of rice and plain foods were not fun, nor is never knowing if something will ( ... )
