Dont snort you're own brain

Wow, two days with no internet... but what a couple of days!

This is what i got up to... pretty much:

Simon and garfunkel on thursday in Hyde Park with a 2 1/2 hour set with no support except for a couple of songs with an Everly Brothers accompaniment.

All the favourites were there including lesser known song The Leaves That Are Green, which i love and noone else appeared to know. Fuck them, i sang along on my own.

On the way in, some guy slagged me off for being too young to appreciate simon and garfunkel. I bet he doesn't know the words to leaves that are green.

After that, myself and my mother dearest proceeded to ultra-posery KLR at Cafe De Paris where i met...
*drum roll please*

...the Female Holly from Red Dwarf.
Top of the pops.

Next morning, i dragged my darling parent along to the shooting of the Art Brut video, the address of which had only existed for a week and wasn't on any maps or known by any of the innocent passers by we asked. About an hour or so later, on the way back to the tube station to give up and go somewhere else, we decided to ask a postal worker if she knew where the bloody elusive road was.
God bless the Postal service.

After the bint in the gallery kicked us out (Modern Art doesn't make her want to rock out it seems)we were lead around Tottenham then left in a pub (with funding) whilst the rest of the footage was amassed.

Everyone went to the tube station and, at kings cross between stations for the right train and the wrong one, i was invited along, by a rather inebriated Miss Feedback, to their photoshoot for some aussie mag.

My first visit to New Cross.
Oh baby.

A little boring, I'll admit but i was, very generously, treated to a chinese afterwards which more than made up for it.

Due to my phone giving up the goat and a total lack of funding, i spent the witching hour wandering about Camden getting to know the crack whores and dealers, waiting for someone to come back to the flat to let me in. Thank you Helen, i love you.

Chips with the Paddingtons this morning, and i think you're up to speed.
Phew, that was a beast and a half.
