Does anyone know where I can get a nice black and white polka dot dress? In a size 14. Also, if you wear a polka dot dress do you think red shoes and bag would look silly?

whats a size 14 there like.... i found a shortish criss-cross back-strapped black-and-white one that sounds like you.... its like a 7 or 9 in usa sizes... but it can go both ways... Im a size 4 dress and it could work on me... but i dont know about those crazie british sizes....
