I have a problem, and that problem is that I have too many friends who are a) pregnant or b) parents of the most beautiful babies in the world

I've been having this urge a LOT lately, to which I grumble at the proverbial clock (not my Clock, mind you~;) His brother and sister in law just had the cutest little man, Baby O we call him, and yeah. He's got the standard Durdella traits, and as I held him two days after he was born, even Thomas got the spark.
We're so far from it though, which is difficult to swallow sometimes. I anticipate being a mommy, and living through all the joys, stresses, but the immense love of it all...yeah.
yeah, i too have had insane baby cravings from time to time- it gets especially bad when i see higley with kids- he's a natural (something to do with the fact that we are both, in fact, still kids at heart)
my reaction to kids has gone from "oh dear god no- not anytime soon, sheesh" to "oh i can't wait!"
but i gotta tell you, ppl have been getting kinda pushy with me lately. i was wearing a loose t-shirt and a neighbor thought i was pregnant, a co-worker and i were talking about greek food and i said "oh man, i've been craving greek something fierce... of course i've been craving a lot of stuff lately (allusion to being on a diet)" and he immediately jumped to the conclusion that i was pregnant (silly child obsessed gay man!) and just the other day in the mail cy-fair hospital sent me a flyer on their maternity care- i swear, even the mail is pushy!!! ^_^
Cute cute cute ;). I know this probably won't help anything, but I have to chime in: being a mommy is the best, most joyful experience of my life. Josh and I are madly in love, and were when we got married, but parenting has depended our love so much I just gotta say MAN OH MAN I LOVE MAH BABY!!!!! I can't get enough of it! When Zoe smiles at me with all that wordless love in her eyes, I melt into a pile of mush. And when she cackles with laughter as her Daddy walks into the room, I fall in love with my husband all over again. Parenting isn't easy, but it is worth every hour of lost sleep and every dirty diaper ;). We weren't expecting to be pregnant after being married just six months, but I'm so happy we had Zoe.
