I can't believe his barrell didn't overheat and either distort or melt the plastic. By 'slag' you mean lots of crud building up in the rifling grooves, yes?

I mean slag as in the barrel overheating and sagging/distorting because of the loss of tensile strength.

I went mountain biking yesterday at marklam* and all I heard was guns going off at the gun range. It was like I was in a war, getting back to my base on my bike, it was crazy.
