I actually had my first breathwork session ever. Today. She told me I had always been breathing wrong, that everyone breathes wrong, and I got so self-conscious about my breathing and her staring at my breathing and my inability to isolate my diaphram that it was, well, a less than sterling experience. Or maybe it's just because it's your WEDDING and that's a really, REALLY big deal !
Wedding's, baby's and funeral's WAY up there in the HUGE-deal-loads-of-stress-and-expectation categories in our society. It's okay to stress over it a little ya' know? ;-p
I'm really glad that everything's planned out on it though! :) I'm sure it makes it easier. :)

Yes, but I don't like the it's a big deal and therefore stressful thing. I want the "this is easy because I say it will be" thing. Grrr.

Giddy excitement = yay!
Nervous twitching = boo!

It sound like you're feeling mostly the first one? Or maybe that was just a hopeful reading of the journal entry on my part...

It's mostly creeping anxiety. Nonspecific, irrational anxiety that has no relation to any of the individual parts of the wedding, only the whole of it as an abstract event looming on the event horizon....

Stoopid, in other words.
