I use the patch. Only have to change it once a week. its glorious! No stressin about remembering everyday.

I'm considering that! I have a reminder set on my phone but I usually forget anyway.

yeah i used to do that too. I hated the two hour window they gave you. I think with the patch if you forget to change it you are good for up to a day with it on until you change it.
