I answered an email. Then I drove my sister to target to buy some rainboots. I've been thinking about getting some too, but I didn't like the ones they have in the store. I like these. I could have sworn they had them in yellow too

it's probably washing that makes it dry. Lotion might work, but it'd make it worse if used too much
