It's sleeting. Yes, that awful precipitous phenomena that makes everyone's day wretched. It makes the roads simultaneously wet, icy, and granulated. All accidents are waiting to happen. bye bye big tree
There's been a big maple tree on the front corner of our house since I can remember and before. It's just gotten too big for its britches, I guess, because Dad's having them take it down. Boo. Fun and stuff
I went skiing with Dad again yesterday. So many people on the mountain! But I do feel a lot more comfortable skiing. So that wraps up my skiing for the year.
I got a new cellphone to replace the malfunctioning one. It has a camera, but I doubt I'll ever use it. -

I got my hair cut today. Short. At least, short to me. I'm gonna donate the 12+ inch ponytail that got cut off to locks of love. I have a picture of it, but I can't post it to LJ. I had my doubts about it at first, but if I want my hair long again, it'll take 4 years or so. Heh. Oh well. My hair looks a lot like my sister's. Not planned. ( Read more... ) -

Snow Day!
It's been snowing ALL day and is doing something now, but I can't tell if it's snow or sleet. Just enough accumulation to cover the grass, but it's nice and pretty anyways. I think it's supposed to warm tomorrow so my snow will go bye-bye, but at least it was here for a little while. -

Friday night Mom, Dad, and I went to the local theatre, called People's Light Theatre, to see a production of Anne of Green Gables. It was pretty good! One problem: I've seen the Wonderworks version of it so many times that I couldn't help but compare it the whole time.
