Interviewing fabrics is when you have an idea of what you want, but you're not absolutely sure what's going to work best, so you try a number of different things to see what comes out looking right. For this, interviewing backgrounds for Derek Wolf means that I'll take the little wolf and put him on multiple different fabrics until I find the ones that please me the most, and those are the ones I'll use!
