OMG! I think I sold that guy some furniture once! I've dealt with people like him before, and they think the world owes them something. They have a HUGE chip on their shoulder, and they really believe that if something doesn't go exactly as they had expected it to, regardless of the reality of their expectations, they are entitled to compensation. *SCREAMS* I just want to go raptor on their arses.

I have to admire that woman. I think she handled it well, keeping herself above board the entire time.

I know! I am totally a fan of Joanne for maintaining her cool and am also way impressed with the China Grill (or where ever they ate) for blowing this weirdo off and comping Joanne a drink for managing to deal w/ him a whole night.

I am crossing my fingers there is another update.
