1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?:
Uh my mind is blank right now, I took a spring session course, died my hair red, wore a fancy dress and sang Reba McEntire's Fancy with Megan, brought my own beer into an establishment, technically it was the end of 2005, but i would say started partying with Marilyn and Andrea, went to Rossendale Hall, made a casserole, myspace, used the bathroom on Fort Street, stayed at the Fort Garry, jogging or yogging I believe the g is silent, threw up at Perkins, drank a sack of wine, drove a bobcat, drove a long distance in the middle of the night one of the most enjoyable things to do, the Ewasko family finally built their cottage
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?i don't think i made one last year, but i want to learn how to whistle this year and i have been training for the half marathon
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?:
I think my cousin greggy had a baby
4. Did anyone close to you die?:
my grandma Marg and someone I once knew
5. What countries did you visit?:
i went to Minneapolis with Susan, i sound so lame, i did go to Toronto and Edmonton
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?:
I would like to be more spontaneous but also set more goals for myself
7. What dates from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?:
obviously nothing because my mind is blank, Franz Ferdinand and death cab sticks out, also the first time we went to mod night with Marilyn and Andrea was one of my favourite evenings, my birthday,i guess minneapolis with Susan, Amanda g's wedding,Our trip to Portage, Toronto
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?:
obtaining many fish shirts from the Salvation army
9. What was your biggest failure?:
what isn't a failure in Lisa Land, no but nothing really sticks out as an accomplishment or a failure it was a pretty mediocre year, i was placed on the alternate list for Environmental design although not an accomplishment did give me incentive for this year
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?:
no, but i did have a mild concussion the night i slipped and hit my head on that fence
11. What was the best thing you bought?:
good vodka, party dresses, and those Casino shirts, sunglasses
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?:
uh everyone in my family, my mom is now working as a design consultant at blinds are beautiful, Susan is working with Imperial Tobacco, my brother and Sheila moved in together and got a puppy, and Richard managed to put up our cottage without working himself to death
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?:
i think the world in general is making me more cynical than i was before
14. Where did most of your money go?:
school and i guess haircuts and that is in no way depressing. No i made a point of trying to save a little bit and really didn't go or do much
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
uhh Oktoberfest as always, that was a bust, Beausejour Rodeo, that was a bust, Franz Ferdinand, Ron Sexsmith, I was way too excited for Marie Antoinette to come out
16. What songs will always remind you of 2006?:
I went through a pretty serious Emily Haines and Buffy Saint-Marie period. Also Don Williams my dad and i went to the show, Nathan, went to george strait

i) happier or sadder? sadder

iii) richer or poorer? i have more money but didn't really do anything

gone to the legion

20. How did you spend Christmas?:
we went to Edmonton to visit my aunt and uncle, Edmonton is a 15 hour drive and we did it in 10,Ricky drives fast. It was nice we drank lots of wine and bailys in our coffee

no

24. What were your favourite TV programmes?:
The office and Weeds and I also managed to watch all 3 arrested developments which still takes top place, also dead like me and entourage i have just started getting into, also this hour has 22 minutes
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?:
i don't hate i just love to scoff at people i don't know well
26. What was the best book you read?:
Orlando and Mrs. Dalloway.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
i always hate the "discovery" part of this question, I did however discover Ed helms is in a bluegrass band called the Lonesome trio, and I fell in love with Jill Barber's music
28. What did you want and get?:
I did get a whole suitcase full of my aunty's old clothes which is pretty much the best thing i have ever received, and a giant bg full of belts i also just recently purchased my folk fest ticket for this year
29. What did you want and not get?:
i wanted new riding boots, perhaps some sort of mp3 player and a Frank Gehry necklace
30. What was your favourite film of this year?:
hands down was C.R.A.Z.Y. also enjoyed friends with money, goodbye lenin, the squid and the whale, Munich, Marie Antoinette, the girl in the cafe, a very long engagement, i also enjoyed talladega nights and Chappelle's block party
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?: "Lisa way to Courtney Love up your birthday" I turned 20 and got a room at the fort garry ate at the royal fork sang karaoke and then threw up in the karaoke room, i did enjoy piecing the night together from other people's recollections
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?:
the last couple months have been kind of difficult, but not one specific thing
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?:
well my closet broke so basically whatever i rollover in the mound on my bed, u see i have to sleep in another room for my room is just a mound of clothes it's working out really well for me
34. What kept you sane?:
i just recently started drinking very casually at home in the evening which used to be out of character for me, but now just makes sense

Kevin Nealon, rob Corddry, wll arnett, steven colbert

that fact that very little is done about rape in areas of armed conflict

i missed St.Alphonsus

I really didn't meet anyone new i'm pretty anti social, i did meet friends of kelci, and andrea and marilyn. Oh i did meet Franz Ferdinand

do not run on a treadmill with your eyes closed
