I tried to leave a comment this morning from work but the durned computer froze on me. You're right - not a lot out there is you type in medieval + princess. I use the dogpile.com meta search engine myself - perhaps leaving out princess and substituting a general medieval royalty search might help. Also, perhaps it will be necessary to figure out the names of real life Queens and do a search on them - because they were once princesses. One woman that comes to mind is Queen Isabella - wife of Edward II - sister to the King of France. The other would be Elinor of Acquitaine (sp?) - wife of Henry Plantagenant (II). Isabelle and Ferdinand of Spain are another possibility. Their daughter, Catherine of Aragorn (married and discarded by Henry VIII) might be a possibility - I think she just manages to be a medieval princess. I read a bio once that discussed her early life. All I know is that princesses were married off very young - they were seen as property plain and simple.
