well, here i am in the land down under after an awesome stopover in cheese world (aka - visiting emily). we took a lovely hike in the mountains, did water aerobics as inspired from middle-aged women (i looked so freakin' frumpy wearing that floaty belt thing), and ate apple cheese pie, choc. raisins, cookies, choc. truffles, icecream, and of ( Read more... )

what up with Gus? anonymous February 27 2006, 14:32:41 UTC
thanks for reminding me about your journal; i always forget b/c i am lazy. the club sounds like fun. arielle said they get drunk at every meeting, which sounds counter productive to me, but what do i know! we should go to eco camp next year! i want the treehouse to go visit an intentional community but i think they would rather go kayaking or get drunk in the woods, which would also be interesting (considering that last semester such a scenerio led to an orgy!). i'm glad to hear you had nutella-i was actually thinking about it the other day and how i haven't had any in so long without my pig-out buddies around. have fun playing outside with all the cute animals, and don't forget the sun screen!!

Sounds a lot like Aberdeen, university-wise. I had one of those 5 professor courses there, and apparently putting international students in with the frosh is kinda standard. Annoying, though.

But, the Southern Cross! I love the Southern Cross. And you met Gus. You're going to maaaaarry an Australian, la, la, la!

Ooh, my plane tickets came in the mail on Friday; how exciting is that?

I laughed out loud at Lisa's use of chillaxin.

Lisa, your abroad adventures always sound so awesome, and I'm jealous.

I hope I can see you sometime in my life.
