 I decided today that I would make my own formal dress
I know that sounds worrying considering my sowing skills are not that great
however, I have a really sound idea of what I want and don't think I'd be able to buy it anywhere
so I spent all day practising with other fabrics I found lying around to get the pattern right

ah, lucky, wish i had the sewin' skillz to make my own dress.
srsly, mum dragged me to the shops the other day so we could start dress hunting, ugh, sucks so bad

haha, well I haven't finished yet, so it may be a disaster.

thats the reason why I wanted to make it, so I didn't have to go dress hunting.
I imagine dress hunting would equal my worst nightmare :O
