i will admit that i like lil wayne in the same way that i like t-pain. and to be fair. comparing him to eminem is like comparing shakespeare (or insert other great writer, but i picked him because he does a lot of wordplay) and, like, stephenie meyer.

Could you explain the T-Pain analogy a bit? Is it just the catchy songs? I'm not trying to be patronizing or like "OMG WTF WHY DO U LIEK HEM", I'm genuinely curious.

And at least Meyer and Shakespeare have never tried to collaborate on a book?

it's just catchy songs, that's exactly it. the lyrics aren't particularly good but it's something that can be fun to listen to in the car.

I can respect that! I suppose I may feel differently about Weezy if it were his own songs I heard...mostly I just hear him guest-rapping everywhere.
