Finally made it to Outland. Whee!

I discovered the joys of listing things at the Auction House and realized that this is why I never had any gold before. I suspect my gold issues will evaporate, now. Or at least lessen. I really should have tried this before.

*grins* Yes, you probably won't have gold issues. And you shouldn't have any for sure once you hit level 70 (minus the mount cost... :P). Dailies for the win!

I marvel at what does and doesn't sell at the Auction House.

My leather skills produced a couple of nice low-ish-level items (which I made just for the "practice"), and rather than dump them on vendors I put them up for auction. I'm not going to get rich this way, but it certainly more than pays for the training. :-)

The only problem is, I'm loath to spend my precious connect time traveling too and from the Auction Houses. :-/

What I haven't done is tried to buy anything there...I suspect that that is an addiction I could do without! ;-)

Well, I have to go back to the big cities to train and dump gear anyway. So I do it all in one shot.

One thing you might want to try is creating a mule-create a character and stick him next to an auction house-this way you can mail things to him when you want to sell it, and mail things to you when you want to buy something. No more having to go to the AH! :-)

Humans work well for this, since you can run right into SW, unlike some of the other races where you need to level a bit to survive the trip to the nearest major city.
