Glad to hear you're OK!!! I know you'll come back to the USA someday, hopefully not in a body bag. I assume you wear a helmet and all kinds of bright colors. Maybe a little Kevlar wouldn't hurt either.

We were at the St Anthony's Triathlon in St. Petersburg Florida last weekend. Son finished in 2:49 and daughter did her first with a 3:30. You should come back to the states and run one :)
