After reading that the WGA and AMPTP agreed to resume formal negotiations on November 26, I checked United Hollywood and they are bolstering the resolve of the strike captains (bolding is mine):

Oooh Oooh! Even though I am boycotting MTT (aka trying to pass my classes), I wrote a letter and will probably send another one also, I've just got to try to figure out time to get to post office and stuff. But I am supporting this cause a thousand and two percent and trying to help any way I can. So add me to the list! Cause MTT so supports the writers!

boycotting MTT! ACK! Ok, once I read further, it made more sense.

The scrapbook thing is being delayed, dmscranton wants to hand-deliver the thing in January. I think the details are at offow.com

yes, just so I can graduate... cause apparently thats important.
but i've got another stack of letters and stuff to mail tomorrow.

and i'm looking for more info about the scrapbook now... maybe i can work on it over thanksgiving break...
