4 years come and gone...
So I was sitting here thinking about graduation... and I began to wonder exactly what I have accomplished/done/have happened in the last 4 years.
In the past 4 years… in no particular order… I have:
Graduated high school
Started college at FAU
Created a live journal
Had 3 different jobs
Learned to carry 3 glasses in one hand (it’s not as easy as it sounds!)
Been frightened by a bat
Played on a playground
Transferred to UF
Became an "Edugator"
Made new friends
Lost old friends
Made a friend from France
Got my ears pierced
Got drunk for the first time
Been in a fender-bender
Gotten 2 tickets
Sent 4 friends off to the military
Had 1 grandparent die
Attended a 100th birthday party
Painted my walls with friends
Turned 19, 20, 21, & 22
Went on the Skycoaster at Boomers
Made Dean’s List
Went to Hallowscream
Caught bugs for a grade
Made new year’s resolutions I couldn’t keep
Started a HUGE fight with a LJ entry
Saw snow
Made a snow angel
Had a long distance relationship
Got accepted to grad school
Is this really it? 4 years of my life and this is all I have to show for it? No real impact, no real accomplishments, nothing. Sad…..
Graduation in 11 days. Then I will officially NOT be an undergrad anymore. Yippie.
