For once, exciting news released by Square Enix that doesn't make me want to beat my head against the wall! I'm disappointed by that 'sometime in 2009' release date for FF 13, but what can you expect? I'm mostly disappointed because 'sometime in 2009' may very well mean 'Christmas 2009.'

Not that there aren't plenty of titles coming out before them to hold my interest. (The Last Remnant, I want you so hard. ._.)

I'm excited about Agito for PSP, but wary about PE3. I loved the first PE, couldn't stand PE2 and played like a whopping hour of it before its system irritated the hell out of me. We'll see.

Super sekrit FF title, huh? If they're smart, it's a remake of FF VII, and it really WILL swing the market toward PS3. Or it may be just another VII spin off.

Suiko3 for the win. Thomas's chapter is such a terrific pain in the ass. He's so weak. Actually, that game is pretty damn hard period. o_O;

I agree! Actually, I won't even be surprised if they keep delaying the release date like they did with FFXII, because c'mon, it's S-Enix... but who knows, FFXIII has been in development for as long as half of FFXII so mayyyyybe we actually do have their true words this time.

Last Remnant looks goddamn awesome indeed! Now only if they will port Infinite Undiscovery to PS3 too... *prays*

Smart move for their wallet = FFVII remake indeed, though like you said, it could be that last bit of spin off in the Compilation series -- the continuation of DoC as we saw Gackt!G in all his glory and wings, haha. I swear I'd be a much happier girl if it's a FFVI remake for the PS, though LOLz.

My conclusion about Suikoden after playing III and V: boys and girls, OVER LEVEL FOR YOUR LIFE PLZ. LOL.

If it's something that will swing people towards a PS3, then I'm almost 50% certain it's a FF7 remake. (Or at least another iteration of said franchise.) In which case I will probably cave and buy one, because that plus MGS4 is too much for me to resist. I can't think of anything else that might -- I mean, I guess I'm not the most informed since I don't really follow FF news/fandom too tightly, but I don't see all that much hype for FFXIII, even, so something as big as a FF7 remake would make sense...
