I vote for the second quote. I have to admit that writing is all about the reader for me. Well, maybe not all, but I'd like to think that my words will touch the lives of others--in a good way.

I think that as a writer, the first quote speaks to me more. The second one is equally about reading. But what a terrific bag!!
