Honestly, I think those pictures look awful. I'm definitely camera-shy but I would rather not have a picture look fake like that.

I actually agree. The teeth and lips look completly fake. Now a camera that takes off a double chin and some serious poundage? Bring THAT on!

I would like that camera! Then again, I think the way manufacturers have made sizes larger, so that I think I'm in the same size jeans as I was twenty years ago when I weighed 30 pounds less, is actually contributing to the problem.

So maybe honest cameras will keep us healthier. I know that I saw some pictures of myself this weekend that upset me, but this week I've now become more committed to eating right and moving more.

I just got my photo driver's license renewed. Need I say more?

On a positive note, I've lost 8 pounds since January by going to a great woman who focuses on nutrition in a "Biggest Loser" type of program. We meet from 7:15-8 on Saturday mornings. A perfect time for me.

Thanks for friending me! Your book cover looks great, and your post really spoke to me. Wow. I have a young daughter myself, and I can see I'm going to have to keep a close eye on those school photos.

I almost wish they had this technology when I was having school portraits done.

Would have saved me a lot of heartache.

Me, too. Honestly. Such an awkward time of our lives, isn't it?

The photos from that camera were a little creepy. Not as creepy as photos of ME from my camera...but at least mine are real. Of course, maybe that's kinda creepy too. Oh no, now I'm conflicted.
