So settlement has been bumped as the sellers haven't actually sorted out their mortage/bank situation at their end. This is irritating. Spent the weekend pretty busy - had drinks with the OFMD crew on Friday night, the ship / Melbourne Boat Show on Saturday, then Katie's memorial cancer fundraiser all Saturday night. Was pretty tired after that on Sunday, so just had a quiet day, cleaning, sorting, packing, washing, dishes and watching the final season of Ghosts.
