Ron actually wasn't the one to answer the door. Sure, he knew she was coming, but he was up in his room trying to actually find the homework he was sure he'd done in the mess. Maybe he actually hadn't done it, but this looked good. It's his story to tell.

So a little blonde haired second year opened the door first. "Hi! You're not a Gryffindor. Are you here to see someone?" She'd heard. This little girl (like much of Gryffindor house) liked drama and gossip. She'd heard all about Ron's little game (which was quickly escalating in the rumor mill as to what actually occured) with Lisa

She smiled sweetly at the girl but it didn't reach her eyes, which had turned cold at the sight of her. She stepped through the portrait hole and looked around for the redhead.

"I'm here to see Ron," she said, "Do you know where he is?" She gave the girl a sideways glance and added with a smirk, "We're supposed to be playing a game of chess right now. I'm his, er, favorite chess partner."

The little girl wasn't very good at reading expressions so a smile was a smile to her. But her eyebrows shot up at the next part. Oh, what fun! She'd be the first with the information.

"Oh yeah? I don't know where he is.....He should be around-"

Before she even managed to get the whole sentence out, Ron came down the stairs fromt he boys' dorms. "Hey, Lisa. Got kind of held up."

She rolled her eyes and shrugged at the girl in annoyance, "Thanks for your...er, help."

Her eyes lit up when she saw Ron and she grinned at him. Crossing her arms she tried to sound angry as she said, "I thought that I was more important than everything else." Unfortunately she was a terrible actress and her eyes sparkled as she moved towards him.

"What's new?" she asked, glancing back at the young girl with a smirk.

Things have been a bit busy, what with break so soon. But I'd love an early break. How about we start our lessons?
