Oh God, I simply can't described how much I *hate* this song that's at number 1, which has to be one of the blandest, most boring, uninspiring, dreadful, *irritating* things I've ever heard IN MY LIFE!!! Rar

they all talk the same in a kind of indistinct-southern-not-quite-sure-whereabouts-I-don't-have-a-regional-accent-'cos-I'm-too-posh sort of way.
OI :p I have a southern not regional accent and I am not posh :P (not while I'm this bloody skint anyway)
Robert Winston is amazing. It would be a good documentary. However I am living proof of what happens when we leave our 14 hours a week (*cough* i think the most I ever had was 12, sometimes I only had 4) course, and enter the real world. We panic and do nothing and go back to the jobs we did in the Summer holidays. It would put people off going to uni for life if they knew they'd end up temping for the rest of their days. Go for it :> Then a degree would actually mean something again and I wouldn't feel so let down by it all.
Well yes, but you don't combine it with the latest mobile phone, the designer clothes and the Toni and Guy hair cut :) It's not real hate. I'm just jealous. And I get annoyed when I can't get to Seacroft because the buses are full to bursting with students who can't be bothered to do the five minute walk up the hill. It's bizarre you know, I've seen people waiting at the bus stop at the bottom of my road and will wait there for *ages*, even when buses go past, and then when they finally get one they get off at the back of leeds uni, which is like 2 minutes away.
:( You will get more than temping though. I'm sure you will. The thing is, loads and loads of jobs you go for ask for a degree just as a starting point. One of my friends was looking for a job for ages and even though he is fantastic at what he does, lots of places wouldn't take him just on the basis of the interview or wouldn't interview him at all because he didn't have a degree. It's supposed to show you have commitment or something, I don't know :)
Oh no. Well, I do have a semi-latest mobile but it had been out for about a year before I got it :) Mm, maybe that means something then :) Blue Arrow haven't even asked about my education. Considering I wanted something temporary til something better comes up, they are being far too thorough. I will probably end up staying with them for ages out of guilt! :P
