Given the new LJ TOS I just had to accept -- and that I refuse to use Dreamwidth for other, more personal reasons -- I will simply stop using these services altogether, effective immediately. I'll probably close this account down in the next month or so.

I've always posted to my own blog, never wanting to give up ownership and care and maintenance of my stuff entirely to someone else. In recognition of the fact that RSS has only taken off with a subset of the population, and that the demise of Google Reader and the rise of Facebook has made this even more the case, I do have everything crosspost to LJ, and now DW, as well as FB and TW (that's the shortcode for Twitter right... oh crap, that's Taiwan. I guess I'm crossposting to Taiwan now).

You could just stash the PDF itself in a corner of your blog under the heading 'The Past'.
