forgot to mention i got promoted at my day job. i took on another team, & since i refused to give up the team i currently manage (& the hiring rights associated with it), i now own the entire department - 26 direct reports instead of the 14 i had. i'm fancy & important, & negotiated for a pretty decent raise, too.

That first link about the trimmed dreads reminds me that there hasn't been an update on the cutting in a while (or if there has been, it was to a sekrit group that I'm not part of), how's that holding up?

you mean my hawk? it looks exactly like it did at year 2, but slightly paler. it's fairly impossible to photograph at this point. someday i'll get a bottle of spray tan & take some high-contrast photos.
