so back in december i got my concealed carry permit, & since then i've been shopping various guns. with my fucked up back, i really can't carry much weight, but lightweight guns are often horrible to shoot. i love my 686+ partly because it has such low recoil, but it wouldn't exactly work for concealed carry unless i wore a parka every day &, you ( Read more... )

Have you ever seen the UKoalaBag? Stupid name, but I actually really like the way they look. That link is to a review written by a friend of mine; it's impressive how much stuff will actually fit in there, and they're not that big.

Cool story about the gun. One of my friends tend's to shoot terrorist targets in the dick and she thinks its funny. It is. I've got a 9mm pistol, but want a .22 for plinking, and a UTS-15 for badassery. In the mean time, this is the gun I use most often. It doesn't jam like other guns in the rival series. Its also 1 pump 1 shot, but there's the option of holding down the trigger so it shoots on the pumpaction.

I have avoided putting CD/DVD/Blueray burner in my computer for the past decade. I realize this post is a bit old; but for the next build go with an SSD instead of HDD.

I've got an Intel NUC7i7BNH with a netgear 4 bay NAS for storage, and an external Aorus graphics box with a GTX1070 for games/crypto mining.

3 Units; each individually upgradable/failable/replaceable. Scales well from lower power to high performance based on needs.

your friend is right: that's funny.

i'm not a fan of SSD for various reasons, & they'd have to improve the tech quite a bit before i'd trust it for my main computer.
