The weekend in Boone was good... not particularly relaxing, but it was good to see family. I really do love my family, but sometimes they make me crazy. I told my dad and youngest brother at lunch on Sunday that I prefer them separately to together. I enjoy talking to my dad... The males you referenced in your family sound like my two cousins and me when we get together. lol My mom, or our girlfriends, usually end up yelling at us like kindergarten teachers! We can be quite silly, although they know they end up laughing about it in the end.

Studio 60 is a great show. You should catch it.

I never really cared much for Boone, mostly it was the drive there I think. Glad you got to see the fam and enjoy yourself though, family squabbles aside.

I think Boone is a good place to visit (pretty mountains, nice weather, etc), but I can't imagine wanting to live there ever again! I spent 19 years of my life there... that's plenty.
The drive there has gotten better over the years with the advent of 4 lane highways and all, but I hate to drive, so i never look forward to it ;-)
