The last two days, I've been making ads for my boss to put in various publications. I've learned more about Word and Photoshop than I care to remember. Some people get paid a hell of a lot more than $12 per hour for this.

I sang along with Bohemian Rhapsody in the car this morning. It's always fun to do, and reminded me of a conversation I had with my mom last week. She's a car-radio-singer too. Mom was admitted to the hospital yesterday. They drained her lungs this morning, and she has a systemic staph infection from the port they were using for the chemo. She's on some serious medications. My sister's driving in from OK and I'll be leaving tonight after work if James will let me borrow his car.

I just heard from my mom- after her last chemo, she was feeling particularly bad, but instead of improving over the next few days, she got worse. She has been stuck in bed and unable to breathe clearly for the last week and a half.
