Hm. See, I firmly believe that Harry isn't a Horcrux at all. If Voldy were going to use his death to make his last Horcrux, and he never got around to killing Harry in the first place, do you think he just made a Horcrux on accident? I really think there's some sort of procedure to make a Horcrux that requires the murder to be... actually committed.

And the blood allowed him to touch Harry without pain. If it were a piece of his soul, wouldn't it allow him better access instead of restricted access to Harry?
