If you need training to properly  fill out a %$%^&(  form to reserve a room or place a simple AV equipment request.....there is a problem here!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...that's insane. Are the forms just massively complicated? That's not the sort of thing that I can picture requiring "training" beyond, "Here's where the forms are, here's who they go to, here's who to bug if you have questions"--all but the first of which can be on the form itself.
