i now know why im dizzy!!

i now know why im dizzy most of the time now. i went to the doctor to day and he told me that i have bpv. which is benign positional vertigo :S im just reading up on it now. he gave me some papers of stuff that i can do to try to get rid of it. so i hope that it will work.
