Awww! Parker/Eliot is my favorite pairing in the fandom and you nailed it perfectly. I loved all the little details you included that showed how much Parker cared like changing is ice packs and brewing coffee.

Also loved the bit where Eliot didn't like displaying his bruises, they represent weakness to others and a vulnerability. A really interesting look into his psyche. I look forward to reading more.

I see Eliot as a character that is very aware of his weaknesses and limitations and is so able to hide them from others...He knows his strength, but really, does anyone else know the full extent of the damage he is capable of? He knows just how many hits he can take, but does anyone even know how many hits he DOES take? I can't see him willingly showing any chip in his armor to anyone that hasn't earned it ( ... )
